Pricing & Fees
Pennsylvania caps the notary fee at $5 per notarial act by state law. However, mobile notaries charge additional travel fees to cover their time and transportation. At OnDemand Notary Pro, we charge a flat travel fee based on distance, plus the state-regulated notary fee per signature or stamp. We're transparent about pricing — contact us for a quick quote based on your location in the Philadelphia area.
Loan signing fees vary depending on the package size, distance, and whether printing is required. Standard loan signings typically range from $100–$200 depending on complexity. We offer flat-rate packages for title companies and real estate professionals. Reach out for a quote specific to your transaction.
We are available 7 days a week including evenings to accommodate your schedule. Evening and weekend appointments may include a small convenience fee. We believe notary services shouldn't require you to take time off work — so we come to you, when it works for you.
Scheduling & Availability
We offer same-day and next-day appointments throughout the Philadelphia and Delaware County area. For urgent situations, contact us directly by phone or text and we'll do our best to accommodate you quickly. Scheduling in advance is always available too.
OnDemand Notary Pro serves Philadelphia, Delaware County, Montgomery County, and Chester County in Pennsylvania. This includes cities and townships such as Glenolden, Media, Upper Darby, Norristown, King of Prussia, Chester, and surrounding areas. Not sure if we cover your location? Give us a call and we'll let you know.
Yes — that's the whole point of a mobile notary. We come to wherever you need us: your home, office, real estate closing, hospital, nursing home, car dealership, or any other location in our service area. Just let us know where and when, and we'll be there.
Documents & Requirements
Common documents we notarize include: real estate documents, powers of attorney, wills and trusts, affidavits, consent forms, loan documents, vehicle titles, medical authorization forms, and more. If you're not sure whether your document requires notarization, feel free to ask us — we're happy to help clarify.
You'll need: (1) A valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license or passport. (2) Your unsigned document — do not sign it beforehand, as the notary must witness your signature. (3) Any other parties who need to sign must also be present with their own ID. That's it — we handle everything else.
We can notarize documents for non-English speakers as long as they understand the document they are signing (via their own translator or bilingual party). The notary's role is to verify identity and witness the signature — not to explain the document's contents. Please contact us in advance if language assistance may be needed so we can best accommodate you.
Loan Signings
A Notary Signing Agent (NSA) is a notary who specializes in real estate loan document signings. They are trained to guide borrowers through mortgage, refinance, and home equity closing packages. If you are closing on a home or refinancing a mortgage, your title company or lender will likely request a signing agent to oversee the signing of your loan package. OnDemand Notary Pro is a certified signing agent serving the greater Philadelphia area.
Yes. OnDemand Notary Pro carries Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance and has completed a background screening — both requirements for working with title companies and lending institutions. You can trust that your sensitive loan documents are handled professionally and confidentially.
