(3) Any other parties who need to sign must also be present with their own ID. That's it — we handle everything else.

We can notarize documents for non-English speakers as long as they understand the document they are signing (via their own translator or bilingual party). The notary's role is to verify identity and witness the signature — not to explain the document's contents.
